Meet Joel Coward
Joel brings a lifetime of coastal living and a deep appreciation for well-built spaces to every project. Growing up by the beach, he has developed a love for the outdoors—whether it's surfing, diving, or simply embracing the elements—which has shaped his perspective on creating sustainable and functional environments.
Beyond construction, Joel is a dedicated father to his young son, a role that has given him fresh motivation to build with purpose and legacy in mind. Joel all about collaboration, good conversations, and bringing people together to deliver an above and beyond result.

Our Site Dog - Indo
Woof! Indo is the heart and soul of the job site. He has the important job of boosting morale, keeping an eye on the team, and making sure everyone takes a well-earned break (preferably to throw the ball).
I grew up loving the outdoors, so being on-site is my happy place—whether I’m supervising builds, sniffing out quality work, or just soaking up the sun. When I’m not on duty, you’ll find me chasing waves, snoozing in the shade, or playing with my little human brother.
